Quali-Seal

Quali-Seal offers a unique process to seal printed or unprinted capsules.

Using a capsule sealing machine, the filled, hard gelatin capsules are sealed with a double band of gelatin at the joined portion of the cap and body. It is virtually impossible to open a capsule that has been sealed with the sealing machine without affecting the product's physical appearance. This process results in a tamper-evident product as required by 21CFR 211.132, thus providing regulatory compliance and enhancing consumer confidence.

Quali-Seal Kit materials are the same materials used in the manufacture of gelatin capsules. Incorporating Quali-Seal into a production process allows internal monitoring of capsule sealing and produces a safe product for the consumer
