Flavor Tools
Flavor tools are dry blending HVP imitation flavorings, enabling food developers to replace traditional HVP on a 1:1 ratio. Also included in the range is a very potent flavor enhancer blend which can be used to replace MSG.
Hacoflavors
Hacoflavor products are HVP-based Maillard-type process flavors. Them manufacturing includes a process which mimics cooking or roasting of meat. These flavors are best used where a strong and pronounced meat flavor is required.
Toparom
Toparom products are non-HVP, Mallaird-type process flavors. They are based mainly on yeast extracts, soy sauce and enzymatic digest of proteins. Like Hacoflavors, Toparoms are best used where a strong pronounced meat flavor is required.
Hacofond
A range of flavoring products produced exclusively with common, purer food materials that you can find in your kitchen, with the possible excepoion of yeast, in some cases. The production process is adapted feom professional Chef's real fonds preparation, yielding a complex background flavor coupled with a friendly label declaration.
Basemixes
These are a selection of compounded flavorings, typically containing HVP, Hacoflavors or Toparoms in combination with natural or artificial flavors, spices or spice extractives and possibly bulking materials. basemixes offer countless options for tailored flavoring developments to satisfy your customers requests.
