• Shortening Products -- A full range of melting point products for frying, bakery and icing, or general food service users. Available in 50 lb. cubes, drums, and 35 lb. pails, plus bulk delivery systems.
  
• Canola Oils -- Lowest in saturated fats; we offer delivery systems for bulk tanks, the new "totebin" recyclable tanks, drums, and pails.
  
• Specialty Oils -- High stability products for manufacturing and processing. We offer corn, cottonseed, sesame, coconut, and palm oils.
