This Spray Dried Natural Chocolate Flavor WONF has a sweet creamy milk chocolate character. Customers can create a rich, creamy tasting chocolate beverage without the added calories, particulates or color associated with chocolate or cocoa powders.
The flavoring is prepared from cocoa bean extractives and other natural ingredients, then spray dried. This flavor may be used in various water-soluble applications such as in bakery and pudding and beverage mixes. Typical use level is 0.3 – 0.5% in bakery and pudding mixes and 0.1 – 0.2% in beverage mixes. The product enhances the flavor when used in combination with chocolate.
