J. Manheimer, Inc. - Flavor Divisiony uses process flavor technology to replicate true meat flavors, as well as supporting savory flavors. These flavors work equally well in injectables, marinades or rubs for whole meats and seafood. Other applications include soups, sauces and marinades. The flavors are developed in the company's labs and then scaled up in its pilot plant, which is USDA approved to process meats.

  • Beef flavors: au jus, boiled, pan drippings, pot roast, and rare
  • Turkey flavors: brothy, grilled, meaty, pan drippings, and roasted
  • Chicken flavors: brothy, fried, grilled, pan drippings, roasted, and white meat
  • Deli flavors: ham (boiled), ham (Virginia), hot dog, pepperoni, and sausage
  • Pork flavors: grilled, bacon (meaty), bacon (smoke), and roasted
