Universally, Vanilla , whether pure or artificial, is the most popular flavor. It outsells all others and is used as an enhancer or background flavor in many applications.

OUR PRODUCT LINE currently offers Pure Vanilla Extract (Single Fold through Three Fold), Pure Vanilla-Vanillin Extract (Two Fold through Six Fold), Vanilla WONF, Natural & Artificial Vanilla Flavors and Artificial Vanilla Flavors. In addition to the bean types listed, we can offer a wide variety of blended bean products.

BOURBON BEAN
Mainly produced in Madagascar. Small quantities from other Indian Ocean Islands such as Reunion and the Comoro Islands are also available. Most experts consider Bourbon Extract to be the premium of pure vanillas. The flavor profile is rich, with a full bouquet - delicate, creamy and pleasant.

INDONESIAN/JAVA BEAN
Produced mainly on the Island of Bali. High quality Indonesian beans produce an extract close to Bourbon Vanilla Extract. The less expensive Indonesian bean produces a smoky, woody flavor.

OTHERS
Tahiti, Mexican, Tonga, etc. Small amounts are produced. Currently they are of little interest to industrial extract producers. Tahitian extract is known for its floral and aromatic notes.
