Vitamin C Preservative

N/Aing agents are designed to preserve Vitamin C integrity and protect other vitamisn with anti-oxidant properties form the detrimental effects of minerals and uncontrolled metal ions. The preservative forms strong complexes with the metal ions. The resulting structure deactivates the metal ion and prevents it from reacting with anti-oxidants.
